NEMRA
The National Electrical Manufacturers Association is a North American trade association dedicated to promoting the use of independent manufacturers representatives as the most effective way to market products in the electrical industry. NEMRA offers its members professional development programs, continuing educational opportunities, guidelines for the development of relationships between manufacturers and representatives, plus a variety of other services designed to enhance their business.
NEMRA's Strategic Goals are:
- To promote the function of the independent manufacturer's representative as the most effective way to market electrical products.
- To increase the income of the rep's firm employees and sales staff by increasing the value of the rep firm to its owners and to its customers.
- To provide educational opportunities that will help independent electrical representatives to strengthen the professional, technical and management capabilities of their firms.
- To help reinforce positive and open communications between independent electrical representatives and their manufacturing and marketing partners.
